My Forza Game Save is Gone!

So basically for the last 3 days I haven't been able to access my Forza Account. I've sat at the loading screen for many hours and contacted Xbox Several times. Finally tonight the "syncing" went through, the bad part was that I was looking at the beginning
of the game. Yes, I no longer can access my game save and I have no clue where it went.... I still have all of my achievements and I've taken photos to be sure that I have the evidence if necessary. I was really looking forward to the Porsche DLC tomorrow
but I guess I can't buy that tomorrow according to Xbox Support, that's what they advised me to do at least. Please Please Please help me!!!! I've honestly tried everything and I'm disappointed that it's gone this far. My gamer tag is "", please

My game save is gone!!

Weird.. Then they screwed about 11 hours of my life. All my other games seems to work fine though :/

 

BTW.. This is Forza Horizon 2 for the Xbox One. I have 315 cars according to the HUB and many achievement's along with that. I've bought all the DLC and plan to get the Porsche DLC as soon as my account is mine again.

 

From everything I know there is no way to get your save back. If you ever hit cancel during the sync that more times than not will blow the save.

 

Ok.. Can I be reimbursed for like 70 Million credits then? With parts.. Cars.. and this whole innocence which I add about 10 million for... I think that would be fair Playground Games

Same here hadn't played for ages, thought i would see what was new for June, Started downloading the pool game. thought i would have a quick go on Horizon 2 but a 425mb update 1st (i did say it had been a while) about 3 hours later no syncing then some syncing
then 100% syncing for ages, turned it off in frustration. turned it back on after i had cooled down to see that my save had gone and i was back at the boat delivering the cars again. If i go to the app for the game all my achievements are there.

any body have any ideas let me know, i have sent an email using the info below taken from the forza forum. but from what i have read the don't reply or a standard message is sent. Thanks MAL

that same thing happened to me. I called xbox support and they couldn't do anything. this sucks

 

They read each email. You get an automated reply after you send it in no matter what.
