I contacted support. It is well past 7-10 days. I was told last week it would be handled and today I was sent here by the support "person" i was chatting with. Thanks for basically no help and doing what the CSR did, which is pawn me off and resolve nothing.

 

It's not meant to pawn you off. There is just no way to get the code any earlier than when it is sent and support cannot get the codes for you until after the date listed in the promotion. Codes for promotions are generally sent in waves so it can be sent
anytime until the 21st.
