My forum profile and windows 8 "Games" app wont update

Once I got an Xbox one I connected it to my windows account. since then I changed my account a lot by getting achievements, adding friends and buying games. for some reason the "games" app on windows doesn't update all the changes and shows my old profile.
in the forums it shows the same old profiles but when I go to "my account" or "profile" on this site it shows the updated profile.. how do I synch my account with the app and on the forums?

Please be sure you use the right login credentials on the forums, the one and your windows. They can only sync if using the same emailadress on all of them.

Its the same email everywhere. Its all the same account but it shows different info.

Well here on the forums only windows 8 and xbox 360 games are displayed, not xbox One games.

At least the gamerscore should be displayed identical everywhere. Is that correct?

Yeah you're right about the gamertag and gamerscore =p

But still found a few issues, when I go to "activity feed" on the website it says "No activity. Add some friends and see what they're up to" which is not synched with the actual activity feed I get on Xbox one and in the SmartGlass app. and my "Games" app
is not synched at all.. for some reason it just updated my avatar.. thanks for helping btw =)
