My fortnite eon was removed

Hello

so i bought the xbox one with the eon skin code and now i need help. The skin was on my account for about 3-4 months and when i got on today i was given a message saying that the item was removed from my inventory for being fradualent, and i cannot re enter
my old code because ive already thrown away all the xbox stuff and when i go to my redemmed history it doesnt show eon bundle anymore. Almost like i never had it, i would like a new code cause this is rediculous i paid around 300 for a skin and a game mode
just to have the skin removed after all this time!! And i cannot go to epic about this because they said its a problem on microsofts end and when i looked at the support section they say you have to have the code and or a reciept and i dont have either anymore.
Please someone help me get a new code.

Hello! I don't think you can request a new code since you used your previous one,plus if it was removed because it was considered fraudolent you must have done something to lose that item.

Bad situation here...if it states it was removed due to fraud, I doubt youll get it back sad to say.

Ok it wasnt fraud it said something like: this item was removed from your locker, reason( transaction reversed)

but i dont think i can reverse a redeemed code.

Best people to contact is Epic games, they will directly deal with problems like this for you.
