    i purchased a card code of the magma masters pack in fortnite then whe n i entered the code on my pc9the code was listed for xbox live) it didnt show up in the game but it was in my purchase history then i contacted epic they couldnt help but it is still in my purchase history

    Hello!

    In this case, you may need to sign in firs on an Xbox console to check the items in that way it will just sync to your Epic account.
