My fortnite always closes after clicking on it every time

every time I click on fortnite, the game immediately closes and I can’t get back on. I have tried everything such as reinstalling the game, turning my Xbox off and on, signing into different accounts and changing my home Xbox. This is really frustrating
as it is the only game I play on Xbox

what to do when I click to play fortnite on my Xbox home page it goes to fortnite then come off back to home page and dose this every time I click on fortnite

TV not loading

After this previous update... every time I turn on my xbox my watch TV always says the cable box is disconnected... I either have to completely reboot my x1 or close out the tv application and go back into it each time... is there a fix for this issue?

When you say you turned the console off and on do you mean you held the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shut down? If not, give that a try.

If that doesn't work then try a factory reset of the console. There's an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them

I’d say rebooting your Xbox might be a good thing to try, check out youtube on how this works exactly.

Fortnite has done this to me too on several occassions but not one after the other, its very rare but id say 3 times in the past 2 days, always works fine once i close and re open the game though

Yeah always.

I have never seen it cross 54%. Even when I sit in front of it and click every few minutes so it doesn't go down it just closes after crossing 50%
