    I put the game to play, but it didn't recognized my gold membership so I tried unistalling and installing again but suddenly my game deleted from the memory and now says i need to buy the game, except i downloaded it for free with games with gold. How
    can I get it back?

    I couldn't find it on the ready to install section, so i tried removing my profile but it also didn't work

    Thanks for responding back so quickly. After verifying that the game was purchased on the correct account I recommend trying to install the game from the ready to install section. If you're unable to see it there please try removing your profile from the
    Xbox then redownload the profile to the console. Please let us know how it goes.

    Can you try going to the Microsoft store on the Xbox One console and try to download the game from there? Let us know if it gives you any issues or asks you to purchase the game.
