Hi, Microsoft Support,

Ne problem and one question, if I may... Problem. I have downloaded Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 Standard successfully (?) on my Dell Inspiron M731R laptop. The machine fits the minimum requirements, but, as downloading starts, I get the notice that
it does NOT meet the minimum requirements. So.. as I start the game, it "sets up' about 60-65% and then just stops and shuts itself off. What am I doing wrong? Now, question... Since I own the game, is it possible to load the game onto the other machine I
have listed on my devices (the H-P Slimline)? If so, how do I proceed?

You will be happy to know that a standard Xbox controller is enough to play Flight Simulator 2020 and any other game on Xbox consoles. Microsoft has yet to officially announce what accessories will work on the Xbox console version of Flight Simulator 2020. For more information on Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, see their website.

Hello, Yes, it is possible to configure Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 updates to be downloaded to an external folder. To do this, follow these steps:

Open the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 application.

Select the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

Select "General" in the left sidebar.

Scroll down to the "Updates" section.

Select the "Use a different location for updates" option.

Select the external folder where you want the updates to be downloaded.

Select "OK."

Once you have completed these steps, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 updates will be downloaded to the external folder you selected.
