    My FIFA 23 is showing glitches and I don’t know what to do!


    I own a Series S. Also, got the recently launched FIFA, but I have a couple of problems. I figured I can’t pause a match which immediately translates to not being able to make any substitutions within the half. I was confused but did my substitutions during the half time. Now here’s the thing, since yesterday the game gets literally stuck and wouldn’t even bring up the half time menu anymore. Players just stand there in the pitch and some staff walks across from north to south with what looks like a cooler for water and and other things like that. I’m stressed. I’ve rebooted the game and console and everything but it’s the same. Is anyone else experiencing this? What do I do please?

    I have an xbox series s my friend has the same when he sends me invite on fifa 23 it automatically goes to fifa 23 cloud and its very leggy can I not play him on the fifa 23 normal screen with out going to fifa 23 cloud and I've deleted fifa 23 cloud but still have fifa 23 without cloud on it but it still shows on screen cloud

    Controllers have different generations so if you have an older controller you may have to get one thats newer and has the bluetooth feature. Not all controllers have that.

    In regard to the blank page error, this might be a network interruption/connection issue. I just want to verify, on your Windows PC device are you connected to the internet wired or wireless?

    If it's on wireless, please try to use a wired connection and then check if it works.

    Also, for us to further isolate the issue, kindly try to use a different browser such as Microsoft Edge, Chrome or Firefox then try to claim the Game Pass quests and achievements to see if works.
