My Fifa 14 launch code wont work

I just bought fifa 14 last night and it came with a Ultimate Team launch pack , i entered the code and nothing happened . Anyone else had this issue?

fifa 14 wont work!

Try to unplug your One so it does a full system reboot, ImDrunky. That fixed the issue that I had (same issue Paddy Maine had).

I have spent hours upon hours on the phone to xbox and EA about this problem and nothing we tried has worked... i ended up sending my xbox to the xbox one repair center in germany.... the repaired it ant sent it back... it was still tge same so its deffo
a fifa problem.... EA told me ther is a large patch out soon to sort the problem... if that doesnt work then i realy dont know what else to suggest... all i know is that its pissing me off so much its untrue....

I think your find that the fifa 14 will be a code to download

So you wont be able to trade it in .

But you could ebay it

mine is doing exactly the same ive tried every troubleshooting process given to me by microsoft and they have no idea. i dont know what to do next
