That's $295.60 MyVIP eligiable purchases for February's MyVIP, plus the $4.98 from January's purchases rolling over, totaling $300.58 for that should have been calculated into my February MyVIP rewards, at 10% (5 Star MyVIP rank w/ Gold), should have netted
me a $30 / 30,000 point rebate for February's MyVIP, in addition to the 4,000 points for the Action-Packed Anime Promotion. My total deposit this month should be $34 / 34,000 points, not $24 / 24,000 points, which is what my current deposit is set to be.

I seek resolution of an adjustment to my March XBL Rewards deposit from $24 / 24,000 points to $34 / 34,000 points based on what I outlined above. If there's reason why this shouldn't be the case, please explain.

I had a correction to my February MyVIP rewards, but it didn't get deposited

I had an adjustment of 9,000 additional points to my February MyVIP rewards, but it didn't get deposited with the rest of my February MyVIP rewards since my initial February MyVIP rewards deposited early. The points are currently pending deposit. I'd like
to request the additional rebate be deposited as soon as possible considering they should have been deposited by now but weren't.

 

Not getting Xbox Reward points.

On 5/6/2018 I requested 10,000 reward credits using the myvip points. However, I never received the reward. Please advise.

The reward team works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and they take 1-2 business days to reply to threads. They also do not work weekends, but they should be able to respond to you by Friday. It is not recommended to "bump" threads as they respond to
threads oldest to newest.

While Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition was available for Early Access on the 17th, this purchase was still categorized as a pre-order in our purchase information. We can understand the argument that since it was in early access, it should have been counted as
a release, and will adjust your account for that missing purchase. However, other purchases went towards a different offer, and those would not be eligible for MyVIP (as you point out with your anime purchases). It looks like your calculations included your
Rewards Actually purchases:

Gladiator Extended Edition (plus Bonus Content)

Braveheart

Saving Private Ryan (Plus Bonus Content)

Those all went towards the Rewards Actually offer in February, and therefore did not award payback. I can confirm that since your Ghost In The Shell Season 1 purchase completed the offer, your season 2 purchase was accurately sent to VIP payback.

We will adjust your account for an additional 9000 Credits for your Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition purchase. This should appear by the end of next week, at the latest.

As you request, we will leave this thread unlocked, but cannot guarantee a prompt response.

 

I'd just like to ask that the 9,000 adjustment be deposited soon, my initial February rewards were already deposited the same instance my MyVIP purchases registered in my MyRewards so I had no time to address the points rewarded before the deposit was made,
and these additional credits should have been included with that deposit. If you can please set that to deposit, I'd appreciate it.
