My farcry games 3-5 have uninstalled

Hi I got farcry 3-4 with games with gold and then I game shared with a friend for farcry 5 (I paid for half of it) a few months pass and i go to reinstall the games to play them but they are nowhere to be seen on ready to install list so i checked the
hidden games and wasn’t there either im completly confused and annoyed as to get these games again it will cost alot more than what i have. I need help

Error: Snowshoe-BF7A5F3B is the code that farcry 5 gave me when I purchased silver bar pack. I have remove my Xbox account and redownloaded. I have hard reset my Xbox. I have reset my router. I deleted farcry game and reinstalled. Nothing. Now I made the
1st purchase on 3/27 I got a email confirmation for payment for item but no item added to game. Next on the 3/29 I tried buying packs on gears of war 4 and they took the money but no packs. Now today I try buy another silver bar pack on farcry 5 and again
takes the money but no item added to the game. So I have like 5 purchases with nothing adding to games. What can I do to fix this?

Just turned on my Xbox one to play FarCry 4 and 47 of my games were uninstalled any idea what happened?

 

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Thank you for reaching out. Make sure the account that owns those games is set as the

home console on your Xbox by signing in to the account and heading over to Settings> Personalization > My Home Xbox

 

I find that it happens if you don't login as the person you game share with from time to time.

Also, make sure your gold sub is still active - that is a requirement for games with gold games to stay active on your account.

 

I tried a hard reset didnt work but im going to try these other suggestions soon

Just adding a bit more information to the already great information posted by the fellows of the community! If the steps posted above don't do the trick we suggest a reset of the console since
the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a

Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. This also has the added benefit of clearing up any bugs or issues on the accounts themselves. Give it a shot and let us
know of any changes!
