My fallout 4 won't start gets stuck at loading screen (digital)

Ok so an update, my console seemed like it was working again but it's still ***.

Fallout would load, but run incredibly slow, 10 minute loading screens, constant freezes.

No digital games would work, MS says it's a license issue. How can I have a license issue on my home console for games I bought on said console? Apps load fine. Games that are digital will show the initial game screen, then instead of transitioning into
loading the game, I get a blue screen for half a second then it boots me back to the home screen.

It's clear I have some sort of software issue. Idk why else digital games won't load for me, only the physical Fallout 4 and apps. But when I try to do the offline diagnostics system update, just to try and maybe completely restore everything fresh, I get
an E101 error. It starts to update, then E101. Anyone have any experience with this error?

Another update. Got the dlc reinstalled, and now I can't load any of my saved games. They act like they want to load, but then it gets stuck at the loading screen indefinitely. Wonderful apparently all my progress is gone, so I guess I won't be playing fallout
anymore. Anyone want to buy an Xbox one?

Is your Fallout 4 disc or digital based? If its digital based, then is the content not loading when you're starting up the game?

Sadly I've tried the complete power down and I've left it unplugged for over a day. So the only option I'm left with is to factory reset? That really blows. Its weird though, because with some games like gtav and fallout 4 it will load but it'll stay in
the first loading screen, but everything else just won't start. And after I try one game, I can't get any others to start. I also can't restart my console because it will just give me a black screen.

What pistol do you get? My ghost recon network won't stop loading and I'm stuck at the language selection screen.
