I preordered the digital version of fallout 4 i got the code but got busy and forgot about just want help getting it back

The message with my Fallout 3 code has expired. I purchased Fallout 4 on November 10th.

Can you clarify where you purchased the game from? Was this from a retailer such as GameStop? Keep in mind codes are sent out within 7-10 days from the date of the redemption of the code.
