My Fallout 3 Code is region locked

I have a Fallout 3 code witch i got with my Fallout 4 game and the code is a US region code (that's what xbox support said) and my account is Australian so i believe i need an Australia fallout 3 code so please help.

What region are you in and what region is your account? Most of the time, the issues with that code is a region issue. Fallout 3 is region locked.

 

Xbox codes tend to be universal I don't think you are understanding the issue

If your account region isn't the same as your physical region like you are changing it on the console that's not your account region

Your account region isnt something you can change on the fly

You have to go to the my account and change my region Ont this website

 

You can check commerce.microsoft.com for your actual account region

Keep in mind your console region must be changed after to complete the transfer

If you change it to the us to get cheaper priceswithout doing the region migration. you will continue to run into issues including split billing

My account region is Australian and my console region is Australia my fallout 3 code is region locked to US accounts only i don't live in the US

Be sure that the region of your account is tied to your physical locale as well. While you may have purchased your console in Australia, if you aren't physically located there having your console set to Australia while somewhere else can cause trouble.
