    My Fallout 3 code has disappeared


    I pre-purchased the Fallout 4 bundle on 8/21/2015. I received my code but by the time I got around to installing it, it had disappeared. I spoke to a support agent via chat and was advised to follow this process to resolve. Thank you.

    Hi there,

    This happened to me as well. After 30 minutes of chatting with a rep they said basically there was nothing they can do. They asked me to look for any past emails and none were sent. This is a shame that our coeds are lost and there is no getting them
    back. Hopefully a Microsoft rep can help us out. Very disappointing.
