My Fallout 3 code for the xbox one expired and I would like to get it re-sent

Hello, I may have sent you a private message so I am reposting here. I received a message with the code for Fallout 3 but I didn't redeem it and the message expired. I didn't know messages are permanently deleted after 30 days. Can I have my code re-issued?

Date of purchase : 24th july 2015

Issue : my fallout 3 code has either not been send or it has expired

I would be grateful if you could resend the code either email or xbox live.

The codes can take up to 10 days to be sent out, so it could just be that its still on its way Just wait a few extra days, and if you still haven't received it, then create a thread containing the following information:

• Promotion name: “Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4”
• Date of purchase: “[Insert date]”
• Issue:
  • “I have not received my Fallout 3 code after 10 calendar days.”
  • “The message with my Fallout 3 code has expired.”
  • “I get error code [insert error code] when I try to redeem my Fallout 3 code.”
    
  • “Other [insert details of issue].”
  • Please also include any other relevant information you feel would be helpful, remembering not to share any personal information.
