My extensions don’t show up

Can you check under
https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders if your purchases show up there, or if there were any purchasing issues?

If the purchase shows without problems on that page, go to the Destiny 2 game tile under "My Games and Apps" and press the Menu button. Choose to manage the game.

Check that there are no add ons under the ready to install section.

Also make sure that the Microsoft Account that you used to buy the game matches the Microsoft Account that tries to install/play the game on the console.

It doesnt show it on there i bought forsaken a while ago but shadow keep was recent and its not on that website iv been trying to get my expasions back for days now and im getting annoyed id like a code or a refund

Hello chris, did you get your problem resolved with the expansion content?

Do you see it under Manage games and Apps under Destiny 2?

Or is it completely gone? If it's gone have you tried going to the store page and see if it has an install option without another purchase?

I already checked everything imma just stop trying its taken too long the website that was givin to me only shows from a couple months i bought forsaken a long time ago so its not showing up same with shadow keep imma just re buy it guess thanks for the
