Hello, the games are on his account so that would make it his games now. He has all right to change the password to his own personal account. There is no way to transfer those brought games from his account to yours.

ive lost my profile by formatting my 4gb database and i don`t understand how to download ive change the password so i know it and i keeps saying there is no profile attached to this account.

I bought the game through the Microsoft store on my laptop, which keep in mind has been through a factory reset. But I was to believe it would stay linked to the same account, of which neither the password nor the email has changed. I have two versions purchased
of the game, one on my xbox, which is labled "Minecraft" and one that used to be on this laptop, purchased through the Microsoft store, labled "Minecraft Windows 10 Edition."

Unfortunately Microsoft/Xbox can not help in this situation.

Please file a stolen item report with your local police department.

Also change the password of all accounts that were on that console so they can't use it:

Unfortunately xbox can not render a console unusable because as far as they know, that person bought it from you.

You will need to try to change the password for the account, sign in to the Microsoft website on it and change the alternative email or phone number for the account then. Until you do it, the hacker will keep changing your account password.
