    My Eso plus subscription just came out last week and it just now stopped working


    The payment came out fine on the 18th I was able to play with no issues up until the 21st and then after numerous e-mails from Bethesda/Zenimax tech support they said this was on Microsoft/Xbox end, but it seems to be next to impossible to get through,
    unless someone has some helpful adivce. I've tried uninstalling the game it worked the first couple of times, I tried a hard reset, and that didn't help.

    You must keep on trying to reach support. Be persistent. I had a problem for two days reaching them. I finally succeded today.

    I'm not sure there would be much we can do to help on this situation, as it's a billing/account issue. I'd have to recommend you keep trying to reach out to support for Bethesda/Zenimax as they would have the permissions and access to resolve this issue,
    particularly if the purchase and billing on your Microsoft Account looks normal.

    Wish there was more we could do to help, but we simply don't have the access or tools to assist with something like this.

    ESO plus.

    I've been hearing this more and more lately, check if you do have the ESO Plus boon active when you are on a character.

    Other than that, all i can advice for now is to contact Xbox Support directly, and ask them when you will receive your crowns that are part of the ESO Plus subscription you have with them.

    For me it gave me my 1500 Crowns on the 9th of July, so exactly 1 month after i started the ESO Plus subscription. But i received an email about the renewal one week before the 9th of July, so it could be that your crowns are due on another date.
