Email is correct, but Xbox Live Rewards thinks it is wrong

The email associated with my Microsoft Commerce account is correct, but Xbox Live Rewards is saying that it is not. I want to confirm that it is correct.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your account. Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

At first glance, this looks like it has to do with your security proof setup.
I suggest taking a look at
This Sticky and making sure all of your information is set up properly.

Once your security proofs are set up and good to go, I suggest giving these steps a shot:

Delete your profile ONLY (do NOT delete profile and items; here's a guide:
support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete).
Clear your system cache 3 times in a row (use this guide:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache).
Restart your console.
Download your profile (use the first guide again).

Let us know how that goes! ^_^

It says when I try to download it 'This email address isn't linked to a Microsoft account. Make sure it's correct, then enter it again'. I know its correct though and it won't even let me sign into my account on Xbox.com.
