    My email no longer exists, my phone numbers reassigned


    I went to prison six years ago, and I came home. I have the Xbox 360 where I originally used the account but due to not having access to any of the account info I can't get in. I payed Microsoft over 100's of dollars for products in the past. but if they can't verify who I am even when my console was used for it. then they may lose a valuable customer. and I need into that account. how is it that after two years the account is "disabled" but yet it exists on Xbox and when I tried to sign in through live.com it popped up the email address that was associated with the account.

    Your account is verified and now you just need to reset your password (Verified Account Doesn't Exist)?

    The email I received after doing recovery was confirmed. It worked just fine; however, when it asks for my email so that I can reset the password it says it no longer exists. If I were to go and rest my password directly, It would recognize my email and asks for my password. I no not have access to my phone number or email no longer, so I had to recover the account.

    My Xbox / Microsoft account got hacked (I have emails confirming changes to the account I didn't make)

    It says my account doesn't exist, as the person probably changed the Email and phone number on it.

    Hey there!

    Have you tried to
    reset the password     of the email? If you have any proofs on the email, it will let you verify the email that way and allow you to change it. Otherwise, you can click the "I can't use any of these options" link for other alternatives. Once you get that password
    changed, you should have no problem at all changing your xbox email address.

    actually I did not link my phone number or anything with my email and now both the links dont work as I need my phone number.They tell me to login, when I do not even have login email as it dosent exist according to them. I need to recover my account in such a way that it dosent ask for phone number or the main email
