Hello! Try this, i hope it help you, good luck!

Step 1: Add a new alias.

1. Sign in to your Microsoft account.
2. Select Your Info.
3. Select Manage your sign-in email or phone number.
4. Because of the sensitive nature of changing your alias, you'll be prompted to enter the code that we send to the email address or phone number that you listed in your account as security information. This lets us know that the request is coming from you.
5. Select Add email alias.
   • If you don't already have an email address, select Create a new email address and add it as an alias. Follow the instructions.
   • If you have a non-Microsoft email address (such as a gmail.com or yahoo.com address) that you want to use, select Add an existing email address as a Microsoft account alias. Then, click Add alias.
     1. When you add an existing email address as a Microsoft account alias, you'll be required to verify that you own that account. To the right of the alias that you added, click Verify, and we'll send a message to that email address to get confirmation.
        
        Note The email address that you enter cannot already be in use as a Microsoft account alias.
     2. When you receive the email, click the link provided to verify that you own the account.

Step 2: Set the new email address as the primary alias.

After you set the new email address as your primary alias, that email address will be displayed as your Microsoft account alias when you sign in to all devices and services. Here's how to make this change:

1. Under Account alias, select aliases.
2. Click or tap Make primary under the alias that you want as primary.

Step 3: Remove the old email address you no longer want to use.

Select Remove next to the alias that you want to remove. Follow the instructions provided.

Note It can take up to 48 hours for the change to your email address to be implemented on all Microsoft services. If you sign in to your Microsoft account on an Xbox One console by using your Kinect sensor, you might temporarily be asked
to manually sign in with a controller. If after two days you're still being asked to manually sign in, try removing your profile from the console and then adding it back.

You can use any email address or phone number that you have listed as an alias to sign in. To make it harder for someone to break in to your account, change your sign-in preferences to turn off any alias that you don't want used to sign in.

As I posted previously, it's not possible "hack" an Xbox 360. If your son did not have to his account you need to contact phone support and ask them to fill out a Unauthorized Access Request ticket. As far as why it was banned, you will need to wait for
a response from the enforcement team.

This is not something that we would be able to look into for you. If the account was banned then you need make a post in the correct forums
located here and the Xbox LIVE Enforcement Team will get back to you with why it was banned.

i spoke with an xbox tech last night and after speaking with her she said that,yes it looks as though you have been hacked.i have posted 4x and none have showed up and i have not received an answer in 4 days?as i told the rep not only was i talking to xbox
weeks ago about boys who were harrassing us and getting into inecraft and leaving signs that read "die" and "you will pay".it looks like they got what they wanted.all i want is an explanation on how my son was banned when i have the xbox in the livingroom
and i play with him and watch what he does.he blocked these kids yet they still hacked the console.xbox has done nothing,i do understand you are busy but xbox is also occupational therapy for my sons hands.if you look,really look you will see this was hacked.i
might add we had not been on for 8 days due to the hurricane.please look into this since my messages on the security foram are not getting there?????the tech told me point blank that xbox is not lifting any bans?this is really unfair especially in my sons
