My email is old and dont exist

I created my xbox account 7-8 years ago and the original email adress i used have not existed on many years, email was from internet service provider and that service provider does not exist anymore. So how can i fully change new email to my account? I dont
want to create new account because i have 53000 gamer score achievements and stats in all games. Need help fast!!!

Gamertag perdido

Hello , my problem its that i had a gamertag like 5-7 years ago i have soo mcuh things in that account , i would like to know how to recover my old account and put a new email with it , because i forgot my old email , and i dont know if its still exist because
many old emails that i had , have been deleted , please help with this.

My account was suspended

My xbox account is suspended untill 5/4/2012 witch is today i cant check my aim account i dont remember my password i made one for yahoo but cant change it i tried to switch emails. My account was supposed to be off suspention but its not. Xbox sent a email to me old email at aim.com but i dont use that email i use yahoo i still dont know the reason for being suspended

Any idea's?

I have a similar problem... I don't remember any of the infos about my xbox live account linked to my (very old) gamertag. So it seems impossible to link my old gamertag to my new account, with BTW a ridiculous gamertag and no success, points or rep... Thank
you microsoft, I will never buy anything froom you again...

it is NOT MS's fault you did not keep your info up to date you are responsible for that. if you would have kept it up to date you would still be using your old account. and for account security unless you can prove you are who you are they just cannot
give you your old account as they have to know it is you.
