    This is the fifth time posting this here and it still says there is a problem with my the email on my account. Also I am a 3 star gold VIP and should have been a 4 by now. I purchased around 200 dollars or more worth of games over the past month and I never
    received any refund for them even though I'm a 3 star VIP. The only reason I buy all digital games is to get the VIP refunds. I guess I gotta start going to GameStop because at least I could get credit back for games you trade in. I have been a loyal customer
    for 8 years now and I am very disappointed. I shouldn't have to send you all the emails over and over and never hear anything back. Please resolve the issue with my email because it is correct. Also I was 84 % towards a level 4 VIP star and now I'm back down
    to zero percent toward a lever 4 star. Also please add all my VIP gold refunds to my account from the two hundred dollars I've spent over the past month

    First off, you're an idiot. You replied to my second topic, saying you answered this one, 24 hours AFTER I made my second topic. How do you suck so much at your job? All I want is my god damn rewards points, but the claim button isn't there on 3 separate
    browsers, so, fix your trash rewards site, please.

    Had 15k points from purchasing steep, did they get deposited on the 15th? Nope, they **** didn't. And because your website sucks so much, and is riddled with bugs, on 3 separate browsers, the buttons to force a points dump isn't showing up. So, good job,
    thanks for screwing your customers in another creative way, right around the holidays. Really love the Christmas spirit in not letting me spend my rewards points. ****.

    The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. So it's not a website glitch. The site is working as it's
    supposed to. Once you reach 5,000 pending, the credits are scheduled to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they
    are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    Are you deliberately being thick? I preordered Steep in November, since December 1st, my rewards have said 15,000/5000, meaning, I have enough to cash out three times. Now, I'm not a math wiz, but I'm pretty sure December first is before the fifteenth, and
    pretty sure 15k is more than the 5k needed to cash out, meaning, the 15k in there, should have been put in on the 15th, since it has been in there since the first... Hence, my problem.
