My email is being used on another account

My email is being used on someone else's xbox or other account. Can you please remove it from their account.

support.xbox.com to get that issue resolved.

If the email address you want to use is being used on another account you will need to change the email address on that account to free up the email address.

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is a question with changing the email on a Microsoft Account. In this scenario, you will not be able to transfer or use the same Hotmail email for two accounts. The error message being presented
is in result of the Domain being used by another Microsoft Account. We recommend creating a new email or try using a 3rd party email that has Not been used by another Microsoft Account.

If you are just changing the email then it should not be a problem. My suggestion would be to use an email account that is not associated with either because you could run into a problem changing them with one being associated with another account already.

So if my Only 2 options are

Use my Gmail account (barely use it) - Change XBL Account to use Gmail, then could i change it to Outlook
Or are you saying Microsoft are forcing me to use GMAIl or Have to create an entire new XBL account against the Outlook email i want?

Is there no way of moving my XBL account over ?
