My Email got changed and i cannot change it back

I found out that the email has been changed but I cannot do anything because it says that my microsoft account doesn't exist, so I can't change my email back to my original one nor change the password

the hacker changed the email to begin with then I changed it back to my email and it said it would take 30 days and then it got hacked back into and now it wont let me change the email at all for 30 days. Not sure if that answered your question or not.

Hello, thank you for attempting to find a solution, I got my account back luckily, I do not remember what I did exactly but I got it back, but when I try to change my password it still shows me "Email code to yu*****@mail-craft.ru" which was the intruder's email, do you know what I can do to change it back to mine?

they got on my account and changed the email from mine i need my account back i cant belive this happend
