My email alias was changed to my hacker's email

The hacker unfortunately managed to change my primary alias but the account is still there. I don't have a recovery code nor access to the email needed to verify, but the email address currently tied to the account is known. Is there anything I can do about such?

If the system generates a new account for you with the same email address, it is possible that the hacker has changed the primary alias of the account, i.e. the primary email associated with the account, so that email domain was freed up for another Microsoft account.

In addition, whenever I try to change my alias and take my xbox email and make it an alias to my bing account, it says "This email is part of a reserved domain. Please enter a different email address."
