My email address is changed and I cannot get on my account

Good Afternoon, what im about to type will be very long but I encourage you to read it in order to maybe get Xbox to act better...

To begin, i started gaming on xbox around 2010 and was very loyal and remained loyal for a long time.

In 2012 I had my xbox account hacked into but thankfully Xbox managed to help me and gave me my account back.

The issue was, the account they gave me back was still connected to the email that was hacked and so basically I had some random dude's email on my account and never had full access on the account anymore.

I was young and didn't really understand much so I just gamed away (i remained logged on the account since my xbox defaulted to that account)

Eventually my parent's divorced and i moved and when I went to log on I was signed out since my internet access was gone.

Since July-August of 2012 I haven't been able to get back onto my account which is very very frustrating since it was my first Xbox account that had so much progress on it.

Throughout the past (close to) 8 years i have tried several time's to get back onto my account.

What does this mean so far?

I don't have my email address so I cant get on my account and of course Microsoft can't help since there isn't much here...

I have the following pieces of evidence that the account is mine BUT because Xbox/Microsoft has very bad customer support i am unable to get help since their current rule making process sucks.

I have my debit card that was used on the account, I have my IP Addresses, My current address (which was used to sign on to the account, Im most positive Xbox isn't broke enough to be able to check that. LASTLY I have an Xbox 360 thats still signed into
the account from when i used it on that account but i cant check the email there since the gamertag was changed around 2 times since the last time I used that console.

I beg you Microsoft.. Help me

I have called support many time's and just recently I got more proof gathered up to show the account was mine, I have tried talking with the support chat and had no luck, I called and had no luck and I talked to the representatives on twitter and had no
luck since they only ask for my email yet I have every piece of proof beside's what the current email is on the account.

If an Xbox representative reads this please try and contact me either through the email associated with this support account or just post I would really like my account.

I have the following things to say, Xbox you had such a great system, I have read how many people such as me have this problem yet Xbox has no way to resolve this. You have a competitor such as Sony who strives and has good support but you lack ever so much.
You also have Epic Game's who understands emails aren't a permanent thing and with many pieces of proof they can get someones account back but for some reason Microsoft/Xbox lags behind.

I urge you to help me get my account back but more so I beg/plead with you to help me. If its possible to get on a one on one basis with some higher representative i can forward them all pieces of proof that I have which is most definitely enough to get
my account back.

Thank you, I want to buy an Xbox Series X but im more so worried that Xbox will fall into a trap of failing to care with the customer's who are loyal and remain loyal with them.

select Family and Online Safety as the category

select I Want to Protect My Account as the topic

skip the notification

scroll to the bottom of the contact options and select Chat Online or Request a Call

you will need to be signed in for this. if you don't have another Microsoft/Xbox account create a new Outlook or Live email account for contacting Support then give them the details for the compromised account when you get through to them

Hey man I appreciate your response

i have done that several time's but the support member's are essentially bureaucrats but with very very limited power

The only way i can really get my thing fixed is if i talk with a moderator or something who has more power since the current system in place requires you to have the email account known.

But because i dont have that info and have all the other info im basically screwed.

This sucks since if i had this [Mod removed- inappropriate] on another platform it would of been resolved..

But the issue i have is regarding my email..

im still signed in on my Xbox 360 console but i cant use the one solution regarding going to my account security SINCE

It requires you to be connected to Xbox live but when i do connect to xbox live with the account i get signed out since the account on my xbox 360 is still using my old gamertag and i didn't change it since I was using my slim instead of the phat console.

But I can sign onto the account when it's not connected to the internet BUT when i sign on the button that says Account Security is greyed out and so i can't see what the email is....

I don't know why this has to be so hard

Also I don't mean to be rude to you, it's just frustrating im sure you were trying to help but this system is just broken.
