My email account has been blocked, and I cannot access to my Xbox account.

Hello, the email which was adressed to my Xbox account is been blocked forever due to somebody trying to access to it. Despite several attemps to unlock it I just couldnt do it.

So, when trying to my xbox account to play, they keep asking me for my previous email, but I DONT have it anymore. I have tried to create a new account to migrate the games and suscription but they keep (again) asking me about the old one password, which
is blocked as I said.

So I find myself in a wormhole so I cannot use my games, my xbox gold account or anything. My console litterally a paperweight. Can anybody please help me?

I have gotten on to the support team and though they cannot delete my account I have been able to withdraw my renewal and cancel further payments off that account via paypal! So my account will still be there but no longer attached to Xbox live.

As you can see/tell I've made a new account... only annoying part is that I've to start everything from fresh again lol

Hello, I'm sorry to hear about your problem. The thing is to unblock your account you have got to remember as much information as possible,but if the information you provide is not enough your account will stay blocked. I've had to this quite a few times.
If you are unable to get into your Microsoft account you might want to call the bank to cancel the card that is linked to your account or to stop the withdrawl from Microsoft if Support is unable to help you with your problem. That should cancel your Xbox
Live subscription since no funds can be transferred to renew the account. I really do hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.
