My elite series 2 needs a repair

I’ve had this controller since Christmas of 2019 and I’ve only ever had minor issues which I fixed or sent it in for a replacement but now the left stick is almost completely unresponsive I can only move around but the button to press it down doesn’t work 95% of the time so I can’t sprint. Also sometimes when I move it up it doesn’t register so in game I don’t move. Would this be an easy repair or should I buy a new controller

about elite series 2, I think this has more problem....

I have 2 elite series 2, my rubber knobs on the hair trigger locks came off too.

And My 'A' button is very bad..

Unfortunately, only a specialized repair shop would be able to tell you if this would be easily repairable or not. But since this is affecting only the left stick, I believe it would not be a big deal.

The elite controller series one did have a few faults but did have a good repair back up system but the stronger one is the series 2.

I tried to fill out repair order, but, as mentioned above, those are the only options i got.

Bumper IS a known issue, as you can see.

Btw., it doenst matter what caused 2 years warranty, it is in place and i'm in the right to use it.
