My elite series 2 has been delivered to the Microsoft Repair Center but no update

Hello! Is this normal? Ive sent my Elite Series 2 for repairs due to the RB double clicking. Luckily it was on warranty and I paid for the expedited shipping service. I sent it in for repairs on Wednesday May 6th, UPS delivered it on Monday May 11th at
the repair center and no update from the website since then. It still says your package has arrived but with the yellow timer on it. I know the coronavirus pandemic is having an affect on it but is it normal for this to happened. Any help is appreciated.

Ok. Thanks Brad! I was getting a little nervous but now that you clarified it, looks like I just need to be patient lol. If it goes over the the time frame and no update, should I be worried? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have
issue with a repair. To be honest, it stays like that until they ship it. All we can tell you here is to keep following the repair for updates on it. Repairs/replacements usually take between 14-21 days.

Have you had any further feedback ? I have sent (24/06) my Elite 2 off for repair and UPS says its been delivered (29/06), but it has not been updated on the Order status.

Its been over a week since my Xbox Elite Series 2 was delivered to Microsoft’s repair centre in Frankfurt and i still havent recieved any update, it still says you package has arrived with a yellow clock. Calling them is also no good.

Im also in the same situation except they havent even acknowledged mine being received! No news or anything and mine expires this week.

about elite series 2, I think this has more problem....

I have 2 elite series 2, my rubber knobs on the hair trigger locks came off too.

And My 'A' button is very bad..
