My Elite Series 2 Controller constantly flashes?

Hi,

My controller flashes rapidly when starting it up. Ive had this controller for months now and this has never happened.

I can use the controller to turn on my Xbox but starts to rapidly flash for 5 or so minutes. Then it slowly flashes.

After it slowly flashes, it turns itself off.

I dont understand what’s happened to the controller?

After it turns off, if you turn it on again, it remains on? Have you tried to update it, has been recently charge?

Since the Elite Series 2 has the battery built in, then you cannot change them. If the controller is constantly disconnecting, and you have no issues with your other controllers, then you are better off taking it back and either get a replacement or money
back.
