My Elite controller doesn't work correctly on wireless mode

Good Afternoon to everyone, in the last months i was using my elite controller connected with my micro usb cable because i was playing near to my tv and it wasn't a problem to play connected but now i realized that i wasn't able to dissable my paddles
in game, i tried to use the sync button and it wasn't working and i tried to go wireless and when it turns it always begans to sync with my console and tries to sync once in a while when it has already sync, and also the buttons act like every time a use it
it was pushed twice, i think that the problem is in the sync button and where i live i think there isn't a microsoft place (i live in colombia) what do you recomend me to do?

What wireless adapter is needed to connect xbox elite controller to windows 10?

That adapter will WORK with the Elite controller.

When I got my Oculus Rift, the set included the older model of the Xbox Wireless USB Adapter with a Xbox controller, and my Elite Controller works on my Windows 10 PC with that adapter.

The newer version is simply a bit smaller.

So you do NOT need a special "Elite" wireless adapter (which doesn't exist).

 

2nd Xbox one controller with wireless adapter

I have two Xbox one controller and the wireless adapter. Both controller are updated and the driver of the adapter is updated too.

Both controllers find the wireless adapter but only the first works correctly. The second is detected as a controller but it doesn't work.

My PC is a Windows 10 64 bits.

Any idea?

Hello thanks for your help i tried to create the order but when the ask me the id of the controller i wasn't able to give it because it isn't readable, sure it was erased with the exchange of batteries

Xbox Customer Support to see if they are able to view any of your Device Details.
