My Elite 2 controller has been stolen by Microsoft

Greetings to all,

My Elite 2 Controller after 2 months of purchase, suffered a left stick drift, i sent it to guarantee from my country Colombia. On March 23, Xbox support sent me an email telling me that it was already repaired and it was sent to my house. After 3 days DHL returns it to the Microsoft support center in El Paso Tx for a custom issue in EEUU and from that moment my controller disappeared, nobody gives me a reason. Telephone support only told me that they cannot do anything because the technical support does not issue a concrete answer about my case. In short, my control Elite is lost in Microsoft and apparently i must get used to that idea since nobody cares.

Last week an operator from the call center told me that my controller had finally been returned, and he closed the support case. Since the shipment never arrived, I contacted the call center again and they informed me that everything they have told me as a solution has been a operator lie and that shocked me.

In conclusion, my control is still lost and no one at Miscrosoft informs me of a solution, the only thing they do is blame each other between the areas, but no one solves it.

Do you know of any other means by which I can claim what is my property?

Thanks for your answer, in any case today I tried Xbox support again and they hung up the phone. I definitely lost my investment. Too bad Microsoft doesn't have an area that protects its own consumers from the ineptitude of its own service.

There has been no confirmation if there is going to be an Elite Series 3 controller. So if you want the Elite controller, get the series 2 if you want one.
