My earbuds are not working well

my earbuds don't work on my xbox one s controller, i don't know how it does it but when i first connect my earbuds to my controller it works just fine but it takes a few minutes to fully glitch out like crazy by the way i also play on my xbox by streaming
on my laptop thanks if you respond Xbox team

These are wired earbuds, right? As opposed to wireless?

So if I understand you correctly, you are streaming from your console to your laptop, and you have your controller connected to the laptop with your earbuds connected to the controller?

How is your controller connected to the laptop? Via MicroUSB cable or via the Xbox wireless adapter for Windows 10?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your earbuds. Are you able to provide a little more information please like what model earbuds you are trying to connect and When you say glitch out, what actually happens? Do they disconnect or is there audio issues?

The more information you provide, the better really as we could try and point you in the right direction.

Also it is worth checking the Set up and troubleshoot your Xbox One Stereo Headset and Adapter to see if there
is anything that you could try.

Have you tried adjusting the setting in the sound and display menu so that they are set to the right settings for your earpiece?

The only wireless headphones/earbuds that are compatible with Xbox machines are ones with built-in compatibility. If you have wired earbuds, those can work. I've used cheap $20 skullcandies without any issues, with the mic working nicely as well.
