A message of EA acess code, may I ask EA or Microsoft to resend the message?

When did you purchase NHL 17? If you purchased from the Xbox Store, please send me a private message with a link to a screenshot of the purchase from the Microsoft Commerce page.
You can use OneDrive or any other popular image hosting website to send that screenshot!

Also keep in mind that any promotions related to NHL Rewards are ran by EA. I would recommend checking in EA Support if there was a separate offer related to NHL Rewards that you need assistance with.

To clarify on this promotion, you would have needed to pre-order FIFA 17 on your Xbox One console prior to the game's release on September 29, 2016. By doing that you would receive a code for 1 month of EA Access within 7 to 10 days of the pre-order and
it would be sent to your message center on the Xbox Console. Details on the FIFA 17 promotions

HERE These codes also expired on October 14, 2016 so based on that, we wouldn't have the ability to replace expired code in this case since the promotion ended last year.

Why do people think that being in the previe program gets them EA Acess? To my knowledge the 2 are not mutually exclusive - EA Acess was never mentioned as a "feature" of the Update preview program...
