    Bought the xbox one forza 6 bundle, when i try to redeem the code, it automatically spaces to early and wont let me enter the full code.

    As the title says, as I am typing the code it adds a dash before one is needed and it wont let me enter the last letter of the code and it wont let me redeem my game. please help

    Yeah, no its not. The issue is with the Microsoft store not recognising the purchased content. Unless you're telling me that EA have direct access to the Microsoft store?

    EA may well be able to provide a code to redeem in order to unlock the Microsoft store version of the content but they wont have access to the Xbox store to access proof of purchase.

    This is not "in game" content, its purchased separately through the Microsoft store, not through an in game marketplace that EA are responsible for.
