My EA Access code went missing from inbox

I pre-ordered FIFA 16 in August and received my EA Access code in a message on xbox. I wasn't aware that the code would expire in 10 days, as I've just been told by support. So I was told to post on here to try to get some help getting my code, as it shouldn't
be redeemed yet. Can anyone please help? Thanks in advance.

EA Access code lost

Looks like I have lost my free EA access code message which was in my inbox on Xbox One, which I had stored to use it later while my current subscription was ongoing. However it looks like now all the messages in my inbox has been deleted and this free EA
access code which I received for purchasing FIFA 16 was one of it. It would be glad if I get someone resend the code to my console inbox.
