my EA Access code not working

Discus and support my EA Access code not working in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I was given an EA Access code for preordering battlefield.     I was given an EA Access code for preordering battlefield. I lost the code and had it replaced by you guys yesterday. the code is still not working. spoke to representative and he added info under my account
