My e-mail is wrong and wont to change it

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are trying to change your email. We recommend looking over the

change primary alias on account. If you are unable you may want to request a call from support as your account could be compromised. Which you can try out the guide for

compromised account also.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

I need a code from my old e-mail to verify my account. To do so I have to send an e-mail to my old e-mail with the code or I can update my security info. But if I change to a new mail and phone number etc. It wont save my new information because my computer
is not a trusted computer (with Microsoft essentials and Internet Explorer) so I dunno what to do

and change the e mail, I have acces to my e mail

This does suggest Microsoft account is associated with the wrong email. What I would do is on the Xbox with the Gamertag you believe is the right one is check the E-mail address associated with it. A Gamertag is associated with a Microsoft Account but
the E-mail address that is associated with a Microsoft Account\E-mail address can change. Hope that helps and makes sense.

I have lost my ambassador too but never received an E-mail stating what went wrong, I did see the entire website has changed.
