My e-mail created an erroneous Gamer Tag for Fable Beta , how can I apply that code to the ...

Hello-

My Gamertag () was previously associated with an old e-mail from high school that I didnt have access to anymore since it had been 10 years since I used it last. When I added my current work e-mail to this to try and update it I was unaware that
it created a gamer tag by accident , it created CinderySkate642 for some reason.

I have only ever used and never used this new gamer tag, yet for some reason when I got approved for Fable Beta on my Xbox One, it sent this to the CinderySkater642 Gamer tag instead of the one

Can i please have the Fable Beta applied to the appropriate account? I have been a loyal customer of Fable games for years and a loyal Xbox buyer, I would very much appreciate y'alls help

I want my sons gamer profile moved from my email to his. I want to be able to create my own

The Gamer tag ######### is currently associated with my e-mail address... I want it moved and associated with his e-mail address so I can use my e-mail address, profile, and newly created Gamer tag for my three windows 10 machines, my Xbox 360 and my Xbox
one S allowing me to synch my music Netflix, etc with all my devices.

 

LIVE Migration From Australia To America

Hey, I have just moved to America and want to migrate my Gold Xbox LIVE from my Australian Gamer Tag to my American Gamer Tag as the annual subscription recently renewed. I created an American Gamer Tag with a different e-mail address, avatar
and added Silver Xbox LIVE. I then tried to migrate it in Xbox's Account setting but an error message that this Gamer Tag already has a LIVE account appeared so created another American Gamer Tag, another e-mail address with no avatar and no Silver Xbox LIVE
added - same error message. I can log into my first American Gamer Tag, dashboard looks different like the applications that now appear here and have successfully downloaded several like Netflix however can't match make in Halo: Reach or stream TV from Netflix
until I move my Gold Xbox LIVE over here. Thanks for any assistance, Andrew.

 

Hey there, Arthur7487! Unfortunately, any beta access granted is going to go to that specific account, and we are unable to assist with getting you a code for your main account. It was sent to your new account because that is likely the email that you sent
when you signed up for it.

You will need to reach out to Lionhead on the
Fable forums to see if they are able to assist further, however they may tell you that you have to use the new account to be able to do the beta. Thanks for understanding!
