    My downloaded games won't let me play!


    I can't play NBA 2k17 because it says I need to sign into the account that i paid for them on. I AM ON THE ACCOUNT THAT I PAID FOR THEM ON!!!!! error code 0x803f9006. Come on Xbox

    My downloaded game won't let me play!!

    I have rainbow six seige downloaded onto my Xbox one. I tried playing it but it says, "Do you own this game or app". But I do own this game. It just won't let me play. I don't have a disc for it and the account I bought it own I dealeted. I didn't know I
    had to keep the account so I could play it. PLEASE help me Xbox

    Need help with game

    I had downloaded Halo 5 Guardians and now it won't let me play it saying that I need the disc in order to play. I had downloaded it early in July when it was available to me through the ready to install screen now it won't let me play. I need assistance
    with this problem customer support was not able to help me. When I first downloaded the game and had allowed me to play the game but now that I try to play today it won't allow me. I have the full game downloaded on my system but now it still won't let me
    play.

    I would like to suggest the following potential solutions:

    A.
    Step 1. Remove the affected profile from your Xbox.

    Step 2. Connect your Xbox to a different Wi-Fi network, like a mobile hotspot.

    Step 3. Re-add your profile and try playing games.

    Make sure to know your credentials before removing your profile.

    B.
    Step 1. Disconnect your console from the internet.

    Step 2.
    Perform a physical power cycle on your Xbox:

    Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

    Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

    If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps.
    Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

    Important: If your console is in Sleep mode, the above steps will shut the console off completely. Sleep mode, or the ability to turn on your console by saying “Xbox on,” won't be enabled until you restart the console.

    Ya, I bought dawnguard, it downloaded fine but it won't let me play it. It's in my download history but it won't let me play it. I have tried re downloading it, deleting my gamertag and I called for support. They didn't know what was going on with it. Any
