My downloaded content wont show up in my download history. and I have no gamer score.

Hello. I recently remembered the password to my old xbox live account and i remember having downloaded content on it. for example, map packs for call of duty. But when I go into "download history" there is nothing there. and on top of that I have no gamer
score and I know I had over 1000 atleast. can anyone tell me what happened?

achivements back to zero

You can erase the games from your history if they have no Gamer score on them,

The achievements that you modded will only show up for you and know one else and wont count towards gamer score

To reset your achievements

First go to your game History

Go to the game you have

you should be able to tap x to delete the game from your history (If you have gamer score you cant delete)

Put the game in and you wont have any achievements for that game.

Purchased Addon and was charged points but it is not in my download queue

no, let me clarify a bit. they show up on my purchased history, but on my download queue, only 2 of the 5 show in the download queue. the other three dont show up and they have not been downloaded. I tried to redownload to see if they go to the queue, but
those three dont show up at all.

Did you buy those on a different console, perhaps? If so, try doing a license transfer with your recovered account to your current XBox.

Hey there Warrior! So you checked your download history (guide:
support.xbox.com/.../download-content-history) and none of them are showing up? Are you checking your download history on the same profile that originally downloaded the content? That would be the first thing I would check.

Also, do you happen to still have the codes? If you do, try putting them in again and see if they show up as having already been redeemed.

If you purchased any XBL marketplace content that content will show up in your Download History and heres how to find that Xbox 360 Dashboard -> Scroll over to Settings -> Account or (Account Management) -> Download History.

Also DLC's that are part games show up in that particular game and not in the My Games

Check your download history to see if it shows up there so you can redownload it -

support.xbox.com/.../download-content-history

If it doesn't show up, you'll need to call support.
