My dlc is not working

i bought havoc on advanced warfare and it says purchased but i cant access the new maps or exo zombies

DLC is not working

I don't know about the language stuff, but I can tell you that the Dunwall City Trials appear under the Missions menu. The default display shows the 9 main story missions since you've already beat the main storyline, and you should be able to hit RB (I think)
to move over the trials. If it is not showing up here and the content is not corrupted (check for a "!" on your memory unit under the Dishonored folder), I don't have any idea on how to fix it.

Dlc is not working

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble getting into the Crimson maps, that sounds very frustrating. Since you have already tried deleting the map pack and clearing your cache, I have one other suggestion to try: re-download your profile.

I have heard of this working for the very same issue, so there is hope that this simple fix will get you into the game and working on those map pack achievements.

To re-download your profile, follow these steps (you must be signed out of your profile):

1) Hit the guide button. Below the options to sign in and create a profile is download profile.

2) Enter the email address and password associated with your account.

Depending on the size of your profile, this may take a few minutes. I just did it a few moments ago and it was quite quick. Hope that helps!

The song cache thing didn't work. Would I have to re-download all of the songs myself, because I've tried that and it didn't work.

Not sure about the Halo part, but try the below to try and solve the Rock Band/ Guitar Hero dillema.

From the Xbox dashboard, go to My Xbox > System Settings

Select Memory

Choose the device where you have Rock Band/Guitar Hero saved

Go to Games

Find Rock Band/ Guitar Hero

In the saved items you have for this game, locate the file called "Rock Band Song Cache"

- the type for file will show as "Saved Game"

DELETE this file

Once you do the above, redownload the songs and it should then start downloading them and they should show up.

This usually clears up the issues with songs not transferring over between Rock Band/ Guitar Hero. Let me know if it works.

Did you do the license transfer from all of your gamertags? Did you redownload the content after doing the transfers?
