My DLC is gone. Help please :'(

Hi,
I was gifted a dlc (dbd) and now it is gone. It was gifted on 03/10/2020. It's now 05/21/2020, it's past the 14 days to request a refund on a gift. I cleared my Mac address and reinstalled the game. Nothing. I don't have proof of purchase as I have no idea
who gifted me this. No redemption code either, my friend once gifted me a dlc (dbd) and it was just there in game as well. No codes. Approx 90+ hours grinding this character and it's gone :'(

Any advice?

I would say first of to check the Find your games and add-ons on Xbox One support page, there is a section for add-ons.

Also check your Payment & billing page on your Microsoft account. Everything, purchased/gifted/redeemed is assigned to your account and there should be a log. If
it us not here, then could a different account have been used?

go select manage game on the game your looking for the dlc for and you will see any available dlc there and you can download it from there too, dlc does not sit in the ready to install section only the games.

As well as - What were the DLCs? The only DLC for MGS:V is 'Cloaked in Silence'.

Was it a different account? (You got the Day One Edition nearly a year after MGS:V already makes me suspicious.)
