My Disney Infinity Portal does not connect to my xbox one x

Discus and support My Disney Infinity Portal does not connect to my xbox one x in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I connected my infinity portal to my new xbox one x but the portal flashes white for a split second and then goes off.     My Disney Infinity Portal does not connect to my xbox one x


    I connected my infinity portal to my new xbox one x but the portal flashes white for a split second and then goes off. The games do not show any portal connected. I have tried all the usb ports but with no luck.

    Yes, it just has to be the same system.

    I bought Disney 2.0 base and it works fine with the digital download of 3.0.

    The reason 3.0 is available digitally and 2.0 wasn't

    Do you have the xbox one version of the pad? The xbox 360 version looks identical and is not supported on xbox one.

    If you DO have the xbox one version of the pad please turn off your console and unplug it for 30 seconds and then try again.

    So yeah, we don't have that much troubleshooting steps on our site for third-party accessories like that, so if the previously posted troubleshooting steps don't work, you might want to go ahead and refer over to the Disney support page for that product.

    I'd suggest that you go visit
    Disney's support site     and see if they have steps to help that get going.

    Give that a shot and let us know how that helped

    Can I play Disney Infinity 3.0 on my Xbox One S?

    Disney infinity 1,2 & 3 will work on the Xbox One/Xbox One S/Xbox One X. You just need the Portal for the Xbox One, and then you will be good to go.
