Im sure support support is looking into the stuff you mentioned as far as the other topics you mentione i would post those in the wishlist/feedback forum.

Hey there! I couldn't find any links with specific information on this so I'll answer to the best of my knowledge.

Since the update of the new forums things have slowing been getting back to normal. Navigation was much harder when the first roll out of the update forums came out, but using the hyperlinks under the title of the forum in this case 03 - Manage my xbox live
account is quite an efficient way to navigate once you know where everything is.

Any thread that you make or post in can be kept track off by hitting the "Favourite this thread" option underneath the hyperlinks I mentioned above.

Also when you are out on the main page of this forum look down the right side for options to favourite the forums or change general settings. Hope this helps.

Do you mean to ask if you bought Mass Effect 1 could you import your Shepard from there directly into ME 3? If so no you cannot. Mass Effect 1 imports into Mass Effect 2 and then of course Mass Effect 2 imports into Mass Effect 3.
