My discs voices won't work

So i have a few discs for my xbox and for all of them the characters voices don't work things in the games like music and other noises in the game work just not dialogue is there anyway to fix it

Sounds like you have it set up for 5.1 sound and dint have it. . All that stuff would go to the center channel. Make sure you’re set to stereo in the system and game settings

As of right now the voice commands work. Now my TV App won't work properly.

mine won't do anything with regards to voice commands weird thing is the voice commands in Fifa work fine

try this

hold eject button and controller button on the side and hold power button for approximately 15 seconds, when it boots up you have 4 options, go straight to reset to factory settings, keeping apps and games , let it do its thing
follow on screen prompts next next etc , game console is fixed

if this does not help go to Xbox Live Chat Support and
speak to an Agent there by telling the Virtual assistant this phrase "Talk to an Agent" this should bypass the usual questions the Virtual Assistant will ask.
