my disc wont load while in my xbox ?

I'm trying to play rainbow six but it says its not owned ,but the disc is in the Xbox I've tried to read on it and fix it but nothing has worked I've tried power saving mode and taking it out and putting it back in can anyone help me?

Hello Braxton, I see that you have tried some procedures in your console, try to follow the procedures below.

First remove the disc from your Xbox and then do a cache cleanup.

1. Go to the Xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds until it turns off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

be careful they charge money for your system to get fixed. 15$ for advanced service and they wont waive the charge. and the customer service sucks. but that's just my experience. I don't want a fight. just stating. my discs wont load and not the most recent
complaints where the disc ejects and goes right back in.

So i use the IOS app and my messages wont load, they load perfectly fine on my xbox, but it shows i got no notifications when i try my app, i tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, restarting it, logging out and logging back it, and a few other
things but they wont load.

So i did research and it turns out that this has been going on for a while, but i dont know the solution to fix it :/

I bought Tony Hawks Pro Skater 1 and 2 on Disc and my Xbox Series X wont recognise its in the drive other than a few buzzing sounds that sound like the drive is attempting to read it but then NOTHING ???? There's nothing wrong with the drive as it plays all my other games just fine.. I've also hard reset the console AND STILL THE GAME WONT LOAD or PLAY etc..???

Its like I've paid for nothing in a box !!! Why wont this game load ?? Why does my Series X not realise the disc has been inserted ??

Feeling very annoyed. I bought this to play with friends this Christmas Time ...its so frustrating

PLEASE HELP !!!

Also the disc is in mint condition with no scratches etc ...???

ok this might be a bit of a strange one but i was able to play gears 3 on my console for a wile even got all the dlc's with it but now after all this time my disc is no longer working, its got a little light marks but nothing to say that it wont work as
it loads in a friends xbox? what am i to do my xbox is the old pro 20gb module and my disc i got the first day of gears release. all was working well till a few weeks ago, sometimes i would leave the room for a few minuets after an online match, return to
find my game had crashed with the error please clean disc. now it just wont load from the dashboard at all maybe once after about 70 try's -_-

only strange thing i have noticed before my disc would not load is that i got the fenix rising DLC when they had a sale on xbox live, downloaded it it installed but would not show up that iv paid for it with a tick mark next to it, but all other dlc and
skins have a tick???? re downloaded it a few times from live and it still wouldnt show up as that i have it on live?
